Creamy Kale & mushroom recipe

Quick & nummy side dish 
Shit you will need:

Mmmmm

Deep & wide pan with lid
12-15 ounces of kale a.k.a Shit load
1 cup Diced mushrooms
3/4 cup diced vadalia onion
2-3 good sized fresh garlic cloves minced
Water for sautéing
1/4 cup tofutti sour cream
4 tablespoons vegan Parmesan
1 teaspoon Orrington farms ‘ham’ base
Salt & pepper to taste

Chuck the kale, mushrooms, onion and garlic into a huge ass pan/pot
Salt & pepper it
Cover & stir occasionally
Cook probably 5-7 minutes..or more, dependent upon your ‘doneness’ ideal.
Add the ‘ham’ powder & stir well
Plop the ‘sour cream’ in & sprinkle with the parm.
If you need to add a teaspoon or 2 of water to thin it, then goddamn do it.
It’s all up to you.
Shut the heat off…and shove that into your facehole.
It’s so delish.

I ain’t opposed to variation.
Do what you’re into.
Any mushrooms, use shallots, add nutmeg (just a pinch to bring out ‘cheesiness, ya don’t want a kale dessert…) use spinach instead, prefer your homemade cashew cream? Use that shit, use liquid smoke, don’t use liquid smoke, use less/more of anything..,ya see where I am going with this?…
